Conçues pour la détection des rayonnements ionisants et les applications de spectroscopie, les photodiodes Black Silicon s’appuient sur une nano-structuration de surface, piégeant l’ensemble du flux lumineux pour atteindre une efficacité quantique de 100 % dans l’UV. L’association avec le silicium noir augmente l’absorbance pour une large plage angulaire, avec une réflectance très faible jusqu’à 1000 nm et un angle de 60°.

En complément de sa gamme de produits standards de répartiteurs modulaires M12 T et Y, Provertha propose des variantes sur mesure. Les répartiteurs peuvent être livrés avec ou sans clips de mise à la terre ; des boîtiers en métal permettent si besoin une protection IP 67. La position du codage – code A (5 pôles), code B ou code D – peut être sélectionnée, permettant de raccorder des connecteurs M12 coudés. Le raccordement du M12 peut être rigide ou pivotant.

The UV ps laser RGH-355-45 provides high power (over 50 W at 355 nm), short picosecond pulse (~7 ps), high repetition rates (up to 8 MHz), and spatial scaling: the beam can be split numerous times to simultaneously feed multiple work stations. Applications include processing of thin films/multilayer low ablation threshold substrate materials; microelectronic FPCB or SLP (substrate-like-package) cutting and drilling, OLED cutting and drilling.

A key component of Albalux FM is the LaserLight technology from SLD Laser. Edmund Optics teams with II-VI Incorporated to provide zinc selenide (ZnSe) optical components. Plano-convex (PCX) lenses offer <0.0005 cm-1 bulk absorption at 10.6 µm, irregularity of λ/20 at 10.6 µm and surface roughness of <50 Å. Aspheric lenses feature diffraction-limited performance for minimum focused spot sizes. CO2 beam expanders collimate and improve the energy distribution of high power CO2 laser beams at 10.6 µm.
