Ce film fait partie The Unmanned, 2045–1542 (A HISTORY OF COMPUTATION), une fresque historique de huit séquences sur l'informatique.

Frank Grube, Allied Vision’s President & CEO, suddenly passed away on April 14, 2018 while on weekend leave at his family home. Simulation optique : Ansys rachète Optis
ANSYS, spécialisé en simulation numérique, a annoncé avoir conclu un accord définitif pour acquérir OPTIS, éditeur de logiciels de simulation de la lumière et de la vision humaine. Avec l'acquisition d'OPTIS, ANSYS compte étendre son portefeuille de solutions multiphysiques à la simulation optique, un domaine qui occupe une place croissante dans le développement de produits. La transaction devrait être conclue au deuxième trimestre 2018.
